Method 1:

  • F1 (windows help): This opens the built in help and a quick search for “cmd” reveals the option “open a cmd window”

  • Open Dialog Box: – Save As (Ctrl+S) – Open (Ctrl+O) – Print (Ctrl+P)

  • Press shift key 5 times

  • Hold shift key for 8 seconds

  • File Protocol: file:///c:/Windows/System32/cmd.exe
